Any Visa debit or credit card. Charged once, in full, when you confirm — there is no recurring billing on a one-off package.

Mastercard

Mastercard debit and credit cards go through the same PCI-compliant gateway as every other card. Nothing extra to set up.

American Express

Accepted at checkout, processed by the same secure payment provider as every other method.

Apple Pay

On an iPhone, iPad or Mac with Apple Pay configured, checkout completes with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing a card number.

Google Pay

What happens with your money

What we can and cannot see

Your card details never reach us

Payment is taken on our payment provider's own hosted page. Your card number is submitted straight to them — it does not pass through, and is not stored on, our servers. All we get back is a confirmation and a reference.

No password, ever

Paying does not give us access to anything. We ask for the public link we are delivering to and an email address. There is no field for your X password because we have no use for one.

One currency, no surprises

Every price on the site is in US dollars and that is exactly what is charged. We add nothing on top — though your own bank may apply its usual conversion or foreign-transaction fee.

One charge, not a subscription

A package is a single purchase. Buying one does not enrol you in anything, does not store a card for later, and does not bill you again next month.

How checkout runs, step by step

  1. Pick a package and add it to your cart. The cart is saved in your own browser until you check out.
  2. At checkout, give us the public target — your @handle for followers, the post URL for views and likes — and an email address for the confirmation.
  3. You are handed to our payment provider's secure page. This is where you choose card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or crypto, and where your payment details are entered. They go to the provider, not to us.
  4. Payment clears, you come back to the confirmation page, and the order starts. Every order carries the 30-day refill guarantee.

Nowhere in that sequence are you asked for an X password, a verification code, or permission for a connected app — and nobody from Twesocial will ever ask you for one afterwards either. If someone does, it is not us. Tell us at [email protected].

Payment questions

Do you store my card details?

No. Payment happens on our payment provider's secure hosted page, so card data is submitted directly to them and never reaches our servers. We could not store it if we wanted to — we never receive it.

Do you ever ask for my X (Twitter) password?

Never. Checkout asks for the public @handle or post URL you want grown, and an email address. That is all the service needs, because everything we deliver is public-side.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes. Cryptocurrency is one of the methods offered on the payment page. The price is still the US dollar figure shown on the site; the crypto amount is settled against it at the time you pay.

What currency will I be charged in?

US dollars. Prices on the site are the amount charged. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank handles the conversion at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee — that is between you and your bank, and we never see it.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

The charge is taken by our payment provider and appears under its billing descriptor rather than a line describing what you bought. If you would like the exact wording before you order, email us and we will send it to you.

Is it safe to pay on this site?

The site runs over HTTPS and the payment itself happens on a PCI-compliant gateway's own page — the same arrangement used by ordinary online retailers. Because we never hold card numbers or account passwords, the data most worth stealing does not exist on our side.

Can I get my money back if something goes wrong?

If delivered engagement drops within the guarantee window we refill it free; if an order never ran or could not be delivered by us, you get a refund to the method you paid with. They are two separate remedies and the refund policy sets out both.
