Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and what you are agreeing to

Twesocial is operated by CONNECT MEDIA LLC (licence number I90091), trading since 2016. In these terms "we", "us" and "Twesocial" mean that company, and "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.

By using twesocial.com or placing an order you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund & Refill Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you are the owner of — or are authorised to act for — the account or post you submit.

3. What we provide

We sell exactly three services, all of them on X (formerly Twitter): followers, views, likes. We do not sell services for any other platform.
We never ask for your password. Every service is delivered to a public-facing profile or a public post, using only the handle or URL you give us. We have no access to your account, and we will never request login details, a verification code, or access through any third-party tool.
Delivery starts within 30 minutes of payment clearing and is drip-fed over time so growth follows a natural pattern. Larger orders use longer delivery windows.
We do not post, reply, message, follow or change anything on your account, and we cannot — nothing in this service involves logging in as you.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each service page, on /pricing/ and at checkout, and are stated in US dollars. We may change prices and promotions at any time; a change never affects an order already placed.
Payment is taken by our third-party payment provider on its own secure hosted page. We never see or store your full card details. Your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms.
You are responsible for giving us the correct target. That means your @handle for followers, or the exact post URL for views and likes. An order placed against the wrong, private, deleted or suspended target may not be deliverable and may not qualify for a refund — see the Refund & Refill Policy.
Once delivery on an order has started it cannot be redirected to a different handle or post, because what has already been delivered cannot be withdrawn.

5. Delivery, the refill guarantee, and refunds

These are two different remedies for two different problems, and it is worth being precise about which is which:

Engagement drops after delivery → free refill. Every order carries a 30-day refill guarantee. If the delivered count falls below what you ordered within 30 days of delivery, we top it back up at no charge. This is not a refund and does not become one.
The order failed → refund. Where an order never ran, or could not be delivered for a reason on our side, you are entitled to a refund of what you paid for it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Twesocial to:

Order engagement for an account or post you do not own or control.
Target content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or that infringes anybody else's rights.
Impersonate another person or organisation, or manipulate engagement in order to deceive people about who is behind an account.
Attempt to defraud us, abuse chargebacks, resell our services without written permission, or interfere with the operation or security of the site.

We may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where we believe these terms have been breached.

7. X and other third-party platforms

Twesocial is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to X Corp., Twitter, or any other platform, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of X remains governed by X's own terms and policies, and complying with them is your responsibility. X may change its rules, its algorithms or its enforcement at any time, and those decisions are X's — they are not within our control and we do not undertake to guarantee any particular outcome on the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Twesocial name, logo, site design, copy and images are ours or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We undertake to deliver the quantity you ordered to the target you gave us, and to honour the 30-day refill guarantee. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome that depends on a third party — including reach, impressions, revenue, follow-back rates, or how X chooses to treat any account. Engagement delivered may fluctuate; that is what the refill guarantee exists to address.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONNECT MEDIA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or refuse service where an order breaches these terms, where payment is reversed or disputed without cause, or where continuing would expose us or another customer to risk. Where we cancel an order we have not delivered, we refund it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to an order already placed.
