Reviews come from real orders — or not at all
We have not published a customer review yet. Rather than fill the space with something we wrote ourselves, here is exactly how reviews will work on this site — and how to leave one if you have bought from us.
There aren't any here yet. That is the true answer, and we would rather give it than the alternative — because the alternative, in this industry, is a grid of smiling strangers with invented names, invented handles and invented follower counts, and you have almost certainly seen one today.
A review that we wrote tells you nothing about us except that we were willing to write it. So this page stays as it is until a real customer sends something we can check. When that happens their words go here, unedited.
The rules we hold ourselves to
These are not aspirations. They are the constraints the site is built under, and they are the reason this page is currently empty.
Confirmed orders only
A review is published only when we can tie it to a completed Twesocial order. Nothing imported from a directory, nothing anonymous, nothing we cannot check.
We write none of them
We do not write reviews ourselves, pay for feedback, or attach a made-up name, handle or star count to one. If a review appears here, a customer wrote it.
Critical reviews stay up
Honest feedback is what sets the right expectations, so we do not filter out the critical ones. We only remove private details — an order number, an email, a handle someone did not mean to publish.
In plain terms
Where a review has to come from
A completed Twesocial order. When a review arrives we match it to the order it refers to using the email address it was sent from. If we cannot match it, we do not publish it — not because we assume it is fake, but because we have no way to tell you it is real.
What we will never do
- Write one. No staff-authored review, no "representative example", no placeholder that quietly ships.
- Buy one. We do not pay for reviews, offer a discount in exchange for one, or use a service that supplies them.
- Edit one. We do not reword a review to read more kindly, trim the part that stings, or add a sentence nobody wrote. The only thing we remove is a private detail — an order number, an email address, a handle somebody did not mean to publish — and we tell the reviewer when we do.
- Filter one out. A critical review is not a problem to be managed; it is the thing that makes the rest worth reading. If someone had a bad experience and writes about it, it goes up alongside everything else.
- Publish a star rating we cannot source. There is no aggregate score anywhere on this site, and there is none in the structured data a search engine reads either. There will be one when there are enough real reviews to compute it from, and it will be whatever those reviews actually say.
Why we bother
Partly because inventing customers is dishonest. But also because a fabricated review is worthless to you — it cannot help you decide anything, since it was written by the party trying to sell you something. The only review worth reading is one that could have been bad. That is the kind this page will carry, or it will carry nothing.
What you can judge us on in the meantime
Concrete, checkable things rather than testimonials: we never ask for your password, prices are published in full on the pricing page rather than quoted on request, every order carries the 30-day refill guarantee, and the refund policy spells out exactly which failures get your money back and which get a free refill. Start with a small package if you would rather test us than take our word for it — that is what the smallest tiers are for.

Good or bad. A person reads every submission and checks it against the order it refers to — which is also why we ask for the email address you ordered with.
Reviews are moderated before publication, which means checked against a real order — not screened for being complimentary. If you would rather email it, send it to [email protected]. If something went wrong with an order, the contact form gets it fixed faster than a review will.
